1. Platform Purpose
My HP Mart (www.myhpmart.in) is a digital listing platform that connects users with local sellers, service providers, and advertisers for a wide range of categories including products, services, properties, and jobs.
2. Types of Listings
🔹 Free Listing:
Users may list their products or services without any upfront charges.
In free listings, contact details will not be publicly visible.
Interested customers will contact My HP Mart, and we will connect them with the provider.
A commission fee will be charged post-sale or service success.
🔹 Paid / Featured Listing:
Users who wish to promote their listing (e.g., Featured or Boosted) may do so by paying in advance.
Paid listings will display the provider’s contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
These listings will remain visible for a limited period as per the chosen plan.
3. Payment & Transaction
Payments can be made via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, QR code, or other digital methods.
Transactions may be guided through WhatsApp or direct bank details provided securely.
All charges will be clearly communicated before payment.
4. Contact Process
In free listings, the customer will contact My HP Mart directly.
We will then coordinate between the interested party and the service provider.
Direct contact is only enabled in paid listings.
5. Operational Transparency & Privacy
Only the information necessary for user experience and service visibility is publicly shown.
Some business processes remain internal for strategic and privacy reasons.
6. Authenticity & Responsibility
My HP Mart strives to maintain an honest and reliable platform.
Fake or misleading listings may be removed and the user may be blocked.
The platform is a bridge — product/service quality is the seller’s responsibility.
7. Modifications
Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice.
Users are advised to review them periodically on the website.
