2. Role of HP Mart

MyHPMart.in acts solely as a digital intermediary. We provide a platform for advertisements and listings. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for any transaction, product/service quality, delivery, warranty, or legality between buyers and sellers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All logos, names, designs, trademarks, content, and other materials displayed on MyHPMart.in are the intellectual property of HP Mart or the respective brands, vendors, or third parties.

  • Use, copying, modification, or republication of any content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Responsibilities of Sellers and Users

  • List only genuine and authorized products or services.

  • Counterfeit goods, pirated media, unauthorized software, or copied works are strictly banned.

  • Do not mislead by using another person’s or brand’s logo, name, or trademark.

5. Reporting an Infringement or Counterfeit Listing

If you believe that any listing on MyHPMart.in infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, or if you find counterfeit/pirated products, please email us at:

  • Clear identification of the infringing listing: Product ID or exact URL.

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • Proof of ownership (e.g., trademark/copyright certificates, images, or supporting documents).

  • A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.

HP Mart will verify the details and take appropriate action—such as removing the listing or other legal measures—within 15 business days.

6. Actions on Violation

  • MyHPMart.in reserves the right to remove listings, suspend/terminate seller accounts, or initiate legal action without prior notice if a violation is found.

  • We may also withhold payments or security deposits when necessary.

7. Cooperation and Monitoring

We work with brand owners, manufacturers, sellers, and law-enforcement agencies to regularly audit and prevent counterfeit or infringing products.
